First off projection mapping is so freaking cool. So much I want to do with it so little time. I want to take paintings and tapestries I have, take the images of them project them onto the image and then distort it with effects. Make the trees in them move, the water flow, make the lights light up and glow. Not entirely sure what I want to do for my final project, but I want to get a bunch of cardboard and cut it out into various shapes, creatures, people, and project onto them. bringing a simple dead cardboard layout to life with various movements colors and patterns. I have a tapestry of the album KidsSeeGhosts at my apartment I also want to potentially incorporate in. I'll include a picture of it in this blog (picture is blurry) but it has unique trees and colors I would like to bring to life as well as these ghost creatures that would be cool to move around, and colors inside there mouths that would be awesome to make move around in a psychedelic like pattern. I have been really obsessed with these "Pepe Lore" videos that are made by the artist that originally made Pepe, Matt Furi. They are all very trippy, random, and funny and I want to incorporate them in random places hidden throughout my projection, I will add various effects to them. I also want to add a bunch of psychedelic moving patterns that add vibrant colors and make the cardboard or surrounding pieces look like they are moving in very unique ways. Not sure how much of this will actually make it into my final piece, like I said a lot I want to do such little time but I am excited to see how much I am able to get incorporated
