For project number 2 I want to make a wizard hat. Watched Lord of the Rings right before this project and want to make a Gandalf like wizard hat. I would also like to include a wizard pipe that is interactive and you can create a smoke cloud with however I fear this might be slightly out of my skill range. Outside of the wizard hat I would like to model either Mario or Luigi's hat from Mario or a mushroom hat from Mario. I have struggled to come up with ideas outside of those so for my 3rd model I might do something random like a twerking dog, I also like the idea of having a model with an angel and devil on each shoulder. Blender has been both extremely fun and extremely challenging to use. I can see almost unlimited potential in blender the problem is I lack the skill to make anything to that level yet. I see myself messing with blender a lot in the future as it definitely seems extremely good in terms of making 3D models you can animate with which is something I am very interested in. There are a lot of cool models I want to make that have cool effects coming out of them like an arm cannon from metroid however I fear I lack the skills at this point in time to not only make a super complex model but also add animation to the model that don’t look janky and goofy.
